A very spacious and tastefully furnished corner townhouse in a well maintained and quiet residential area, approx. 10 min. drive away from Puerto Banus and Marbella, 5 min. drive to the beach, the next supermarket or the nearest golf course. Golf y Vista is one of similar townhouse complexes, each with lovely gardens and several pools- this area is not a typical tourist resort, but keeps a nice mixture of local and foreign residents as well as holiday makers.
 

The house has a closed-in front garden with a car port, entrance hall with guest bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with separate laundry room, a spacious lounge with dining corner and open fire place, a summer lounge with direct access to the garden and pool.  On the first floor there is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a small office on the gallery. The master bedroom has it's own private terrace. On the third floor there is another very private sun terrace.
 

This condo is equipped with air conditioning warm/cold, satellite T.V., stereo radio, alarm system.

There are many activities going on in this area: you can play golf or tennis, there is horse riding places or hunting possibilities in the mountains- a wide range of restaurants, plenty of night life in the most known marina in Spain: Puerto Banus, and if you would like to know about the history of this beautiful country you should visit Granada, Cordoba or Sevilla -  perfect for a day trip as well Morocco or Gibraltar and if you like to see the Atlantic ocean beaches, just one hour and a total different landscape away you find the endless wide and sandy beaches of Tariff.

The Prices

Low season: November, January, February, March - 120.000 pts./week approx. US$ 700.-/week
Mid season: October, April, May, June - 150.000 pts./week approx. US$ 860.-/week
High season: July, August, September, Christmas - 250.000 pts./week approx. US$1,430.-/week, 2 bedroom - 150.000 pts./week approx. US$ 860.-/week

There is a end cleaning fee of US $57, other costs such as water and electricity are included.
I will great my clients personally at the airport Malaga, and will as well advise on car hire companies if required.
