The warmth of its color painted walls, carefully chosen to match the Spanish, Porcelanosa tiles, as well as many other details, invite you to feel like in your own home. Details are particularly stressed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Spacious cabinets are filled in with designer's dinnerware, which make every meal a celebration with its festive patterns.
Celebrate the new millennium with a toast! For that we provide you with champagne flutes and a nice champagne bucket. Place mats, napkins, silver plated candleholders and a variety of assorted vases give elegance, ambiance and a personal touch. And if you wish to unleash your creativity in the kitchen, we provide you with enough pans, pots, casseroles and utensils such as a cleaver, carving, bread, pairing and chef's knifes; spatulas and spoons. Accessories like a toaster oven, a four slice toaster, a coffee maker, a blender and a microwave oven add up to the main stars: freezer with ice maker, range and dishwasher. A verandah oak folding table and sorbet color chairs allow you to have a gourmet breakfast inside the kitchen, that is how big the kitchen is. As for the bathrooms, the shower walls are also in Spanish, Porcelanosa tiles matching the floor. No shower curtains have been used, instead a modern frameless tub enclosure with acrylic handles.
Medicine cabinets and a wall mounted triple magnification mirror in a sleek European style for meticulous personal care have been added. A pro-turbo hang up hair dryer with on/off switch and two air speeds allows you to finish your toilette. A well assorted bath and hands towels color up every bath. For the king bed, duvet covers, bed skirts, shams, fitted and flat sheet as well as pillowcases makes you feel like a king and a queen. A full body mirror at the dressing room allows you to try different ensembles on your way to the beach, shopping or South Beach lively night. Two custom made walk-in closets will help keep both your wardrobes in perfect harmony. Even shoes organizers will keep you tidy.
An on purpose telephone line extension has been added to the main bathroom. The answering machine will keep you in touch wherever you may be. A crib has been installed for the convenience of newly born babies and the tranquility and piece of mind of their parents. And to be always prepared, hurricane shutters of extreme endurance and strength have been installed in all windows.
Don't forget to take a look to the General Information Binder placed in the kitchen for tips on activities, consulates, airlines phone numbers, restaurants and surrounding essentials. Swimming pool and beach towels are distributed at the "Cabana" at swimming pool level. There, you can enjoy an outside Jacuzzi or the full service at the beach, with beach chairs and sunshades. If you wish, you can return back home with all of your clothes cleaned and dried through the washing and drying machines. Iron and ironing board are conveniently located at one of the walk-in closets.

The unit will be ready for rental in clean condition, with at least two sets of towels and bed linen per person occupying the unit, on the day of guest arrival as of 3:00 p.m.
Pets are not allowed.
Security deposits for damages to rented unit in the amount of $400.- are held by owner and will be reimbursed to GUEST within 10 working days from departure, by check, through the postal mail.
Check in time: 3:00 p.m., Check out time 11:00 a.m. Both accompanied by the unit owner's representative to present them with or retrieve the proper keys and cards.
