home is nestled on the north side of the gorgeous lake. This 2200 sq. ft.
house located on a wooded lot offers privacy with panoramic views of the
lake. Located 45 miles north of Atlanta off of GA400, this property
has its own private dock with party deck on dock. There is deep water if
you want to rent a boat on the lake and keep it at the house. This
home is tastefully furnished and has high ceilings with sky lights and
a large stone fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped. The master bedroom
has a queen size bed, private bath and a balcony overlooking the lake.
The main level has two bedrooms. One has a full bed and the other has two
twin beds. The finished basement has a bedroom with a queen bed and a sliding
glass door that opens to the patio and view of the lake. The house
has plenty of glass opening to a large wrap-around deck that has two tables
and umbrellas for your enjoyment.
