Sandpiper Beach Condominium, a small complex of 27 units on 13 plus acres, is a private, secluded resort, located directly on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, offering both the summer and winter visitor a unique vacation experience.

Sandpiper Beach Condominiums are located on Olde Middle Gulf Drive right next to Signal Inn at the end of a dead end street, thus ensuring privacy. 

Our units have been completely renovated within the past year including new kitchens, new bathrooms with wall mounted hair dryers, new carpeting, new furniture, and new tile throughout. Each unit is equipped with four adult bicycles and helmets, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella.

While vacationing on Sanibel enjoy J.N. "Ding" Darling Bird Sanctuary, golfing, miles of safe bicycle paths, deep sea fishing, the public fishing pier, surf fishing, swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, miles of sandy shelling beaches, and an abundance of great shops and exceptionally fine restaurants.
