An extraordinary setting for your visit. Our guests enjoy a unique opportunity to enhance their experience by staying in a private cottage nestled in a secluded garden compound. Tucked away in a historic residential district these vacation rentals, cottages, are distant enough from the noisy traffic and congestion of the Pacific Coast Highway to experience the serenity necessary for a quiet getaway, yet close in enough for a stroll to the beach, restaurants, bakeries, galleries and art festivals.
Each of the vacation rentals cottages has been lovingly restored, renovated and decorated to blend old world charm with modern day ammenities. The high quality furnishings and carefully selected artwork will especially appeal to the discerning guest seeking relaxing, "non-hotel" lodging for their stay in Laguna.
Each rental cottage includes a fully equipped kitchen, fine linens and bedding, cable televion, CD/cassette stereo, telephone with separate data port, gas fireplace, a king size bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
A studio apartment is available on the property with equally fine appointments. The apartment is ideal for single guests or a couple seeking a more economical experience. In many cases our family guests augment the limited cottage sleeping space by adding the apartment to their lodging plans.
Rental Rates, Fees and Deposits Rates are based on double occupancy. There is a one time charge of $50 for each additional guest (cottage sleeps 4 maximum).
RATES: April 6, 2001 through September 2, 2001
COTTAGE: $210.00/night (2 night minimum). $1400/week
STUDIO APARTMENTS; $145/night (2 night minimum). $950/weekRATES: September 3, 2001 through December 31, 2001
COTTAGE: $180/night (2 night minimum). $1200/week
STUDIO APARTMENT: $135/night (2 night minimum). $850/week
RATES ARE DISCOUNTED FOR LONGER PERIOD STAYSPLEASE NOTE: DURING THE MONTHS OF JULY AND AUGUST WE ONLY RENT ON A WEEKLY BASIS.
FEES AND DEPOSITS:
Rent deposit: Reservation will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of 50% of total rent. Balance of rental fee is due upon arrival.One Time Cleaning Fee: $60.00 for cottages and $45.00 for the apartment
Security Deposit (refundable): $300.00 - $500.00 depending upon length of stay
