This beautifully decorated 3 year old, 1675 square foot, split-plan house (guest bedrooms separated from each other by the kitchen/living/dining areas) features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, television with cable and VCR and plenty of closet and drawer space. The other two bedrooms feature two twin beds in each.The living room features a contemporary "Florida" decor with a color television with cable TV (with premium programming provided by a separate digital satellite system) and VCR. The living room also features a comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa which, with the bedrooms, enables the house to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Adjoining the living room is a fully furnished dining area for your family gatherings Or you may choose to enjoy your meals in the eat-in kitchen or at the table by the pool.
The kitchen features all of the conveniences of home, and then some. It includes a full sized refrigerator with ice maker, built in microwave, gas stove, garbage disposal and all utensils. Or maybe you'd like to grill your steaks on the gas grill located in the pool area. And, dont you hate those trips to the laundry mat? We've taken care of that too with a washer/dryer for your use at no charge!
